DVD Duplication refers to the process used to burn recordable DVD-R discs using a compact optical laser recorder drive. The duplication system copies the master DVD to a new disc image on a hard drive and then burns it onto as many new discs as required.
Most other companies do DVD Duplication using manually operated drive towers having 2 to 6 disc burners, a slow and labor-intensive method. USA Dubs uses multiple error- corrected automatic disc duplication systems using robotics for all disc handling. This provides the capability to produce thousands of DVD copies with full color printing and much faster turnaround than the Replication process. Only DVDs that match the disc image exactly ever ship to the customer, ensuring that each will play as well as the original.
